We collect and process your data solely to follow up on your enquiry and provide relevant information regarding your advertising campaign. Your privacy is important to us, and we will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to withdraw your consent and request the removal of your information at any time by contacting us at privacy@lucidoutdoor.com. We comply with the Data Protection Act and will securely delete your information after two years of inactivity.
4. Content Guidelines

Screen availability may vary, and we may not always be able to secure your desired screens. Additionally, budget constraints may impact the scope of your campaign. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, we are committed to finding a fair and amicable resolution. Our priority is to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. If you wish to cease advertising, we can reallocate your remaining budget to a separate campaign or provide a partial refund, subject to our discretion. However, we cannot refund the budget that has already been spent on advertising.
7. Access and Support
Access to the Platform is granted through our Ad Ops team, who are dedicated to providing support and assistance throughout your advertising campaign. Our Ad Ops, Creative, Technical, and Sales teams work together to ensure the success of your campaign. Detailed reports on campaign performance are provided to clients based on their chosen package level.
8. Intellectual Property
Client creatives remain the intellectual property of the client. In cases where we collaborate on the creation of a creative, intellectual property rights are shared between the client and Lucid Outdoor. We respect the intellectual property rights of all parties involved.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all clients via email marketing campaigns well in advance. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
