About Us
Lucid Outdoor is a growth-focused media agency specialising in high-impact advertising solutions. Alongside our agency services, we own and operate large-format digital advertising screens across the Greater Manchester area, giving our clients premium visibility and giving our sales team a strong, tangible product to sell.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced telesales professional to join us on a part-time, remote basis. You’ll be responsible for selling advertising space on our large-format digital screens to local and regional businesses, with plenty of opportunity to cross-sell our wider agency services.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, confident salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals, while working flexibly around their schedule.
Key Responsibilities
– Outbound B2B telesales to promote advertising opportunities
– Selling digital screen advertising across Greater Manchester
– Managing leads and following up with prospective clients
– Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional marketing services
– Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
– Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience (essential)
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Confidence selling advertising or marketing services (preferred)
– Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely
– Reliable internet connection and professional phone manner
Working Hours
16–24 hours per week
Monday to Friday, between 9am–5pm
